+ Upon receipt of a weld gun for repair, the gun is disassembled for inspection.
+ Stillwater repairs or replaces all parts showing wear or damage including: air cylinders, solenoids, insulators, electrode tips, bearings, bushings, shunt straps, air & water hoses, seals, O-rings, pins, screws, spacers and fittings. Gun arms often require the repair of threads or tapers, eroded contact pads, leaks or bent parts.
+ Following the repair each unit is tested to ensure maximum performance. Each unit is shipped with a complete testing evaluation sheet for customer reference.
