Stillwater's Tip Changer, changes both the upper and lower tips automatically in robotic resistance welding applications. The changer reduces costs by eliminating manual tip changes. It also ensures consistent change of tips. The cycle time on the tip change (set of caps) is less than 25 seconds and a sensing device ensures tip removal and installation. Available in all types of tip configurations: 12mm, 16mm, and 19mm.
